Tantra Yoga, a Meditation in Movement
Traditional tantra yoga is the oldest form of Yoga, designed to support the tantric cosmovision. It is a restorative yoga practice with long phases of deep relaxation. The goal is not to gain a more flexible and strong body for esthetic reasons, but to become more flexible by releasing parts related to emotional tightness and blocks. The practice brings the practitioner into her/his own body so that she/he can feel what works for her/him in the moment.
In Tantra yoga, there is no way of doing it correctly or incorrectly!
