HAKIMA TANTRIKA does not work with clients who are actively suicidal or feeling suicidal ideation, this is out of the scope of her competence. In the event of a crisis, if client is feeling suicidal or under extreme emotional duress, please call immediately the Suicide Prevention Hotline in your country.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA does not have sessions with clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If she suspects that a client is under the influence, she will reschedule the appointment and if the client feels they are engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors such as substance abuse, we can address that in a future session.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA does not diagnose conditions, nor assess mental health issues and does not prescribe medications nor does she offer services to clients who require assistance with issues outside of the coach’s scope of competence.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA does not provide advice about any kind of medications that their clients are taking. If you choose to make any changes to any medications that you are taking, always consult your physician first.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA guides her clients, but she does not make decisions for them. She recognizes that it is the client that will live with the consequences of any decision they make and for that reason, she refrains from telling her clients they HAVE to leave an abusive relationship, or they HAVE to do this or that. HAKIMA TANTRIKA coaches her clients to be the best versions of themselves, in this way when they are at their strongest emotionally, they are able to make their own decisions based on a sound mind and clear-thinking ability.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA abides by strict confidentiality and does not provide family members or friends with any information regarding our client without written, notarized consent from our client.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will not knowingly make any public statements that are untrue or misleading or make false claims in any written documents relating to the coaching profession

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will respect different approaches to coaching. She honors the efforts and contributions of others and not misrepresent them as her own.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will not become sexually involved with any clients, nor does she entertain them sexually.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will ensure that, prior to or at the initial session, the coaching client understands the nature of coaching, the bounds of confidentiality, financial arrangements and other terms of the coaching agreement.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA , if she believes the client would be better served by another coach, or by another resource, will encourage the client to make a change.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will take all reasonable steps to notify the appropriate authorities in the event a client discloses an intention to endanger self or others.

HAKIMA TANTRIKA will only barter for services, goods or other non-monetary remuneration when it will not impair the coaching relationship.
