---- What is Traditional Tantra Yoga ---
Traditional tantra yoga is the oldest form of Yoga, designed to support connection with the Self.
It is a restorative yoga practice with long phases of deep relaxation.
The goal is not to gain a more flexible and strong body for esthetic reasons, but to become more flexible by releasing parts related to emotional tightness and blocks.
In Tantra yoga, there is no way of doing it correctly or incorrectly. The practice brings you into your body so that you can feel what works for you in the moment.

Authentic Relating Games are communication games specifically designed to cultivate deeper connections within oneself and with others.
These games stretch your relational intelligence and guide you to create meaningful bonds and authentic connections.
Discover the power of genuine communication in this fun moment of self-discovery and relational growth.

6:30pm - Recommended arrival time
7:00 - Yoga Starts
8:15 - Yoga Ends
8:30 - Authentic Relating Games Starts + Snacks & Drinks
9:30 - Authentic Relating Games Ends
--- Entrance fee ---
12 euro for the 2,5 hours (you might eventually need to pay additional Eventbrite fee)
In the event of a cancellation due to rain, participants will have the option to use their payment as credit towards the following week's event or ask for a refund.
